Deep Fried Sea Bass

Founded by Andy Oliver and Tom George, one of London’s most successful pop-ups quickly turned into a permanent bar and restaurant after a super successful round of crowd funding. Fans head here for spicy Thai street food-inspired dishes, including the famous deep fried sea bass. Vietnamese mint, coriander, perilla and Thai basil are tossed over a whole deep-fried seabass, its crunchy skin giving way to pearly flesh, all dotted with more roasted rice and translucent slivers of pink Thai shallot.
